In our current climate of water restrictions and water shortages the value of stormwater as a precious resource is becoming more and more apparent to the community, industry and the Government alike.

The events and projects detailed will aim to bring stormwater and water management into sharp focus as key elements of the urban water management cycle. Similar events have offered unique opportunities for professionals and
organisations in the stormwater industry to network and share knowledge, both within Victoria and nationally, and have been well-attended in previous years.

Stormwater Victoria Events Packages are:

Diamond Event Exclusive Package Value to be negotiated

Platinum Package Value $5,000.00

Gold Package Value $4,000.00

Silver Package Value $2,000.00

Bronze Package Value $ 500.00

Excellence Awards- Individual Award category- $1,000 per Award category.

Diamond Package - Event Exclusive

Event Exclusive Packages are offered for any of our key events (AGM, Awards and Annual Seminar) and prices and entitlements can be negotiated direct with Stormwater Victoria.

Package deals allow exclusive and prominent display of organisational logos at the entrance to the event during presentations and on promotional material and allows the best opportunity for product branding and maximised recognition amongst industry peers.

VIP tickets would be negotiated to provide an enhanced opportunity to network amongst industry leaders and peers.
Diamond sponsorships will need to be subscribed to early and could cease to be available once other opportunities are sold.

Entitlements:

Display of banner(s) at venue entrance (registration).
Prominent display of banner(s) at venue entrance and at focal point of ceremonies.
Address event attendees.
Acknowledgement of sponsorship support in official welcome.
Prominent display of organisational logos in static audio visual displays (i.e. PowerPoint screen between presentations).
Prominent logo acknowledgement on event promotional material.
Logo entitlement on cover and back of event material (i.e. Menus, programs).
Framed appreciation certificate.
VIP tickets to event (numbers negotiated).

Notes:
*It will be the responsibility of the sponsor to provide banners/display items.
*It will be the responsibility of the sponsor to provide logos of sufficient resolution for PowerPoint and printed displays.

Platinum Package

The Platinum package allows maximum opportunity for exposure.

Prominent display of organisational logos at the entrance to the event during presentations and on promotional material allows the best opportunity for product branding and maximised recognition amongst industry peers.

4 x VIP tickets offer an enhanced opportunity to network amongst industry leaders and peers.

Display of banner(s) at venue entrance.
Prominent display of banner(s) during sponsored portion of event.
Acknowledgement of sponsorship support in official welcome.
Opportunity to adress event attendees.

Gold Package

The Gold package allows a high level opportunity for exposure.

2 x VIP tickets offer an enhanced opportunity to network amongst industry leaders and peers.

Silver Package

The Silver package allows opportunity for exposure amongst industry peers.

The Silver packages allow an excellent opportunity for branding and promotion during specified events.

Multiple Silver sponsorship packages may be offered.

Acknowledgement of sponsorship support in introduction of sponsored portion of event.

Bronze Package

The Bronze package allows opportunity for exposure amongst industry peers.

The Bronze packages allow an excellent opportunity for branding and promotion event registration.

Multiple Bronze sponsorship packages may be offered.

Line acknowledgement in event promotional material.
Line acknowledgement on back of event material (e.g. programs).

Stormwater Victoria Mini Seminar Sponsorship Package Details
Stormwater Victoria Mini Seminars are designed to be short, consise and targetted to adress the infomation and collaboraion needs of strategic industry partners and are typically held 3- 4 times throughout the year.

Mini seminars are deliberately managed to focus on content and infpormation and provide informal networking opportunities.

Exclusive $1,000 sponsorship opportunities are offered for each mini seminar and include:

Display of banner(s) at venue entrance.
Prominent display of banner(s) during sponsored portion of event.
Acknowledgement of sponsorship support in official welcome.
Opportunity to adress event attendees.
Display of organisational logos in static audio visual displays (i.e. PowerPoint screen between presentations).

The Stormwater Excellence Awards provide an excellent opportunity to position your brand by supporting industry excellence. Individual sponsprship packages are avaialble for each Award category.

Category sponsors will have the opportunity to present category winners certificates.
